Once they do that, there is no way for you to reformat your system if the hard drive goes bad. So, you have to 1. You will have to have someone recover all your data from the hard drive if you did not do external backups.  2. Ship it and wait for your system to return, which could be weeks.

The best manufacture's do produce complete lemon's. Do you homework. Make sure you are not purchasing a lemon and getting the newest parts and not overstock that is being pushed out the door to make room in the manufacture warehouses.

Our customs are designed to give you exactly what you want, but with a lot of upgrade ability. We are also local and warranty all of our labor and parts. Our in-house repair lab, allows us to test and make sure the custom system works before it goes out our door. All you have to do is plug it in when you get home or back to your office.

Our Computer tech's also, take inventory of what you will be plugging into your system at home or office to make sure your printers,  internet access, camera's, special equipment has the necessary drivers and support to operate fully on the custom system we build for you. We do compatibility checks before we build out any customs.

We also offer home and office installation services. So, not only do we do a compatibility check of existing items in your home or office, we also take the system to your location and install it to ensure a successful custom system is working well at your location.
