How it works. Call 689-3245 and schedule a pick up. Our driver will stop by and pickup your system. Upon pickup we will need your autograph on the repair form with some form of payment in the amount of $45. + $15 for the pick up and delivery.
If it should happen that your repair requires parts to fix and you wish to proceed. We can take payment over the phone or we can stop by and pick up payment at no extra charge.
If you choose not to move forward, we will return the item to you, or you may choose to recycle it.
When the repair is complete our storefront will contact you requesting a delivery time. Once there, we will rehook up your system, test the system with you present, have you sign off on the repair and pick up the remainder of the fee of $50. | Our customers are busy professionals, small businesses, and home bound people just to name a few, that require an extra helping hand once in awhile. The Web Zone's staff are here to help with all your IT and Repair related requests. Home bound: Did you know that if you are experiencing issues with your system, but can hold a stable internet access connection, we may be able to just log into your computer remotely and fix it for you? For more information, click here.If you can't hold a connection and need a pick up, just call us at 689.3245. Our staff will be more than happy to set a appointment to pick up your system. We'll bring it into our repair lab and a tech will call you with information regarding the repair. Once the repair is completed, The Web Zone staff will contact you and set up a time to deliver and reinstall the system for you. At Work? We can drive by, pick up your system and take it back to our repair lab. Once it's finished, we'll call you and set up a time for us to drop off your repair at your office or place of employment. We are available 6 days a week for pick up's and deliveries. |
