FLAT RATE: $95 + Parts

Router/Server/Network, IT Installations and Configurations:

Linksys, Cisco, Citrix, COM3 and ETC..., Servers, Workstations, Enterprise Networks etc...We can assist remotely and/or on-site.

Hourly Rates for on site and remote assistant are $95.00

Emergency Rates are $125/hr.

  System Cleaning: Cleaning your computer and your computer components and peripherals helps keep the components and computer in good working condition and helps keep the computers from overheating and destroying key components such as your hard drive, cpu and motherboard, plus it will spreading germs. 

 

Getting the Repair to us

Driving Directions Driving In? Great! Feel free to stop by our shop anytime during normal business hours. We are opened 7 days a week, however, check our General information page incase there is an upcoming holiday we will be closed.   We are located on River Road in Eugene Oregon. If you are coming from beltline, take a left on River Road and drive straight to Domino's Pizza, you'll see SM Gun Shop right before us. For specific driving directions, click here.

 

Mailing In? Perfect! Follow the steps below.

1. Print out a Repair Form.  Sign and Date it. Make out a Check or Money Order to The Web Zone. We do take all forms of Credit/Debit Cards.

2. Take Repair Form, Check or Money Order and item down to your UPS Store or FedEx Location. Have them pack the item.  Make sure to pay for return shipping and include Shipping label so we can return the item to you. Make sure to insure your item! If you want, we can always ship the item back to you and charge your debit/credit card. Make sure to authorize the shipping by filling out and signing the bottom piece of the repair form.
