Please take your
computer down to the UPS or FedEx store and have it professionally packed. Make sure to include the
mail-in form. All mail-in forms must be signed by the responsible party or owner of the computer. We will not work on the computer without a completed mail-in
form and payment. Make sure to include
a return mailing label so we can return
the computer with the original packaging.
If you do not want to purchase return shipping, we will charge your credit or
debit card for the return shipping via the United States Postal Service.
