Some projects will take longer than others. Even though we have a high success rate, we do not guarantee that each hard drive that we take in data will be recovered. |
Forensics: This service includes basically taking a snap shot of the data on the hard drive and putting that snap shot onto another storage drive that allows you to obtain the data as it was on the original hard drive.Repair: In some cases, we are able to repair your hard drive and make it bootable in your machine again. Retrieval: If you don't want all the files and are just looking for your photos, videos, music and specific documents, we can located and store them on another storage device for you.
| Flat Rates:$99.00 Diagnosis. In order to pull data, we must find the right technique to pull your data. Once we have established that we will be successful pulling your data. Then we will notify you that $195 + storage is due. We will then copy your data image from our system to your storage medium. If we can not see or fix your data. There are two options. Choose to retrieve your hard drive or request us to send out the hard drive to large vendor that specializes in the removing parts of the hard drive and using very special machines to recover the data.$195 + cost of storage: If we can see and pull your data, then it will be an additional $195 + storage device to put your data on. You can purchase from us, or send along another hard drive for us to use.

not available, drive stops spinning etc... We can still grab the
files. We will need to repair the hard drive in order to do so.

Getting the Hard Drive to us | Driving In? Great! Feel free to stop by our shop anytime during normal business hours. We are opened 7 days a week, however, check our General information page incase there is an upcoming holiday
that we will be closed. We are located on River Road in Eugene Oregon. If you are coming from beltline, take a left on River Road and drive straight to Domino's Pizza, you'll see SM Gun Shop right before us. For specific driving directions, click here.

Mailing In? Perfect! Follow the steps below.
1. Print out a
repair form. Sign and
date it. Make out a check or money order to The Web Zone. We do take all forms of
credit/debit Cards.
2. Take repair
form, check or money order and item down to your closest UPS store or FedEx
location. Have them pack the item. Make sure to pay for return shipping and include
shipping label so we can return the item to you. Make sure to insure your item! If you want, we can always ship the item back to you and charge your debit/credit card. Make sure to authorize the shipping by filling out and signing the bottom piece of the repair form.
