Mail in Repair: Fill this repair form out (along with payment), take your item to your local usps/fedex/usp store and make sure to purchase a return shipping label and ship your item to us.

If you wish us to just ship you a box so all you need to do is fill out your form, include payment and call us to schedule a pick up then email us your physical mailing address and we'll send you a quote and payment link for round shipping.

Remote Desktop Support: If you can hold an internet connection, able to collect email and download a light program. Then you may want to use our remote tech service. $25 per session and $95 per system. No hourly charge. All work is warranted. Click here to start.

Repair Status: Did you send in your repair and need an update? Contact us w with your Full Name and we'll contact you during normal business hours PST.

On-Site Tech: Need a Veteran System Engineer? Fill out the work order and either fax it to us at 541-689-4916 or print out, fill out, scan and email it back to us and then call us. Especially after normal business hours. We have on-site tech's available after hours and do charge after hour rates at $125/hr.

We'll call you as soon as we receive the work order and call to set up an appointment to  take care your request.

Field Tech Service/US based IT Outsource: We provide outsource repair services for companies and organizations that need a qualified system engineers and IT technicians in Oregon. We provide full troubleshooting and solutions for our client's customers.

Our Repair Lab provides on-site and remote technical assistance. Our certified staff handle your extended warranty and out of warranty repair work for Desktops, Towers, Laptops, Servers, Printers, LCD Screens, LCD TV's and etc.

On-Site Tech Services:  SBS 2003-08, IAS, IIS, Desktop Issues, Internet Connectivity, Router Troubleshooting/Configuration, Third Party Software Vendor Assistance, Home/Office Network Troubleshooting/Setup, Cabling (we do not drill holes in walls, crawl under or above buildings to wire, we tack it down, neatly and color code it as close to possible with the interior color inside the facility.

Pick Up/Delivery: We can pick up and deliver your Computer, Laptop, Server at your home or office. There is a $10 Pick Up/Delivery Charge in addition to the repair charges.
